Ownership of content
Unless stated otherwise, all content on nuepk.com is owned by NUE or licensed to NUE. This includes the website design, layout, text, product descriptions, images, videos, graphics, icons, logos, trademarks, product names, brand elements, and any downloadable files. All rights are reserved.
Trademarks and brand assets
NUE, the NUE name, the NUE logo, product names, slogans, and other brand elements are trademarks or trade dress of NUE. You may not use our trademarks in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation unless it is clearly a NUE promotion under our affiliate terms below.
Copyright notice
Copying or reusing NUE text, images, videos, or design is not allowed except as permitted for approved affiliate promotion below.
Content on this website is protected by copyright laws and other applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, scraping, or creation of derivative works from our content may violate these laws.
Affiliate promotion (images allowed)
We allow approved affiliates to promote NUE and earn commission through our affiliate program. Affiliates may use NUE product images and approved marketing creatives on their own platforms (including their website or store) only for the purpose of promoting NUE products.
Key rule: Your content must make it clear that you are promoting NUE (our brand), not presenting the products as your own brand or your own store’s products.
Affiliate permissions (what you can do)

Affiliate requirements (must follow)
- Clear labeling: State that you are promoting NUE products (example: “Promoting NUE (nuepk.com)” or “NUE Affiliate”).
- Linking: Use your official affiliate tracking link/coupon and direct customers to nuepk.com for checkout.
- No confusion: Do not create a store page that looks like the official NUE website or claims “Official NUE Store” unless authorized.
- Honest marketing: Do not make false claims, fake discounts, or misleading before/after results.

General allowed use (non-affiliates)
For non-affiliate visitors, we allow personal, non-commercial use of this website. You may view pages, print a page for personal reference, and share a link to our pages on social media or messaging apps.
General prohibited use
Except as permitted for affiliate promotion above, you may not copy, download, scrape, reproduce, modify, publish, sell, or redistribute NUE content. This includes using our images or descriptions on another website, store, marketplace listing, ad account, or social page as your own content.
User-generated content
If you submit content to NUE (such as reviews, photos, videos, feedback, or testimonials), you confirm that you own the content or have permission to share it. You also grant NUE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and publish that content for store operations and marketing.
If you want your review photo or video removed from our marketing, email support@nuepk.com with the link or screenshot.
How to report infringement
If you believe your copyrighted work is being used on nuepk.com without permission, or if you believe someone is using NUE content without authorization, please email us with the details below.
Include in your report
- Your full name and contact email.
- A clear description of the content and where it appears.
- Proof that you own the content or are authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Links or screenshots showing the infringement.
- A statement that the information provided is accurate.
Enforcement and remedies
We may remove or restrict access to content, suspend accounts, block IP addresses, and take other steps to protect our rights. We may also pursue legal action where necessary, including seeking damages and recovery of costs, to the maximum extent allowed by law.
