Shipping Policy
NUEPK ships across Pakistan through trusted couriers. We work with major local shipping partners including PostEx, Leopards, Trax, and Pakistan Post (and their local delivery networks) to deliver your parcel to your doorstep.
Order Processing
Orders and payments are subject to verification and approval before shipping. In some cases, verification may take a few business days. To help reduce fraud, orders with incorrect billing details, incomplete information, or requiring additional confirmation may be delayed or cancelled.
Shipping Process
We usually require 2–5 working days to prepare your order and hand it over to the courier’s sorting facility. During busy periods (sales, Eid, Ramadan, national holidays) processing can take up to 7–10 working days.
Once your order has entered processing, we are unable to make changes (including address edits). We will ship to the address provided at checkout.
If your order contains multiple items, products may ship separately and arrive on different dates due to inventory location and packaging requirements.
Delivery Timelines (Pakistan)
Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad/Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Gujranwala, Sialkot, etc.
Smaller towns, villages, and remote routes
Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Weather, strikes, route closures, and peak seasons can cause delays.
Tracking
All shipments are processed with tracking numbers. You will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number once your order is dispatched to the courier’s sorting facility.
For some shipping companies, tracking may take 24–72 hours to update after dispatch. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and you still don’t see tracking movement, please contact us at support@nuepk.com or WhatsApp 03095506858.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
NUEPK is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages after they are marked delivered by the courier. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive the parcel, please check with neighbors, reception, or the security desk and then file a claim with the courier.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos/videos immediately and email support@nuepk.com or WhatsApp 03095506858 as soon as possible.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct before placing an order. We start processing immediately, so we cannot make changes once the order is placed.
If the order has already been processed or dispatched, we may not be able to retrieve it for an address change. In such cases, re-delivery or return-to-origin charges (if applicable) may be the customer’s responsibility.
