NUE Cleaning & Maintenance Guide
Keep your NUE wellness devices in top condition with simple cleaning and care steps. Proper maintenance supports hygiene, long lasting performance, and a better experience at home.
Before You Start
For NUE devices, cleaning should be done with a clean, dry cloth only. This keeps electronics protected and avoids moisture around ports, seams, and vents.
- Wash your hands and dry them fully before touching the device.
- Turn the device off and disconnect any charging cable.
- Use a soft, clean, dry microfiber cloth for all surfaces.
- Use a dry cotton bud for seams, edges, and tight corners.
- Keep all ports, vents, and buttons completely dry.
Do not rinse, soak, or use sprays, soap, sanitizer, alcohol, bleach, or any liquid cleaners. Moisture can damage electronics and reduce performance.
Cleaning by Surface
Use the same safe approach across materials: wipe only with a clean, dry cloth. Never introduce moisture into electronic areas.
Silicone contact parts
- Wipe gently with a dry microfiber cloth.
- For oil residue, wipe again with a fresh dry cloth until clean.
Hard plastic surfaces
- Wipe with a dry cloth.
- Use a dry cotton bud around buttons and edges.
Metal parts
- Wipe with a dry cloth to remove fingerprints and residue.
- Do not use liquids to avoid spots and moisture near seams.
Fabric and straps
- Brush off dust and wipe with a dry cloth.
- Let it air out fully before storing.
If you use NUE Therapy Oil, keep a dedicated microfiber cloth for oil wiping. Always remove oil residue before storage so dust does not stick to the surface.

Use this dry cloth routine for NUE electronic wellness devices. Wipe after use, allow the device to air out, then store in a clean, dry place.
Step by step routine
- Turn the device off and unplug the charger.
- Wipe all contact surfaces with a clean, dry microfiber cloth.
- Use a dry cotton bud for seams and edges, especially near ports and vents.
- Inspect for any residue and wipe again using a fresh dry cloth.
- Let the device rest in open air for a short time before putting it away.

Special Care
Devices with heat, red light support, suction, or motors need extra attention around electronic areas.
- Allow the device to cool before wiping.
- Wipe gently and avoid pressing cloth into seams.
- Clean vents and port edges with a dry cotton bud only.
- No liquids, no steam, and no boiling water.
Drying and Storage
Even with dry cloth cleaning, airflow matters. In Pakistan, humidity can cause a closed pouch to feel warm or damp. Air out before storing.
- After wiping, leave the device in open air for a short time.
- Store in a clean pouch or box to keep dust away.
- Avoid heat sources and direct sunlight.
- Avoid sealed plastic bags for long storage.
Battery and Charging
Safe charging keeps your device reliable and protects the charging port.
- Charge only when the device is fully dry and cool.
- Keep the charging port clean and free of oil and dust.
- Use a standard 5V USB adapter unless your manual states otherwise.
- Top up once every 2 to 3 months if stored long term.
Never charge a device if there is any moisture near the port. Keep charging areas completely dry.

Troubleshooting
Smell or residue
- Wipe again using a fresh dry cloth.
- Air out longer before storage, especially in humid weather.
Weak performance
- Fully charge after the device is fully dry and cool.
- If performance does not improve, stop use and contact support.
Unusual noise
- Stop use and let the device rest and air out.
- If noise continues, do not use and contact support.
