At Nue, we want you to love your purchases. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of purchase, provided the conditions below are met.

OVERVIEW
We aim to keep the return and refund process simple and fair. Please read this policy carefully to understand eligibility, timelines, and how to request a return, exchange, or refund.
RETURN ELIGIBILITY (30 DAYS)
You may return or exchange an item within 30 days of purchase if:
- The item is in its original condition with no visible signs of damage or use.
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories are intact.
FINAL SALE / EXEMPT ITEMS
Items that are final sale or exempt from returns include:
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases
HOW TO START A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at support@nuepk.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will guide you through the process.
EXCHANGES
If you’d like to exchange an item, email support@nuepk.com with your order number and your preferred replacement item. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Please note: It may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS (7 DAYS)
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please report it within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@nuepk.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will promptly address your issue and provide a replacement or refund.
