Will it hurt or damage my skin?
It should not damage skin when used correctly. Start low, avoid sensitive areas, and do not keep suction in one spot too long.
Will it leave marks on the skin?
Temporary marks can happen due to suction. They usually fade naturally. Lower suction and shorter sessions reduce marks.
How long should one session be?
Most users use it for 10 to 20 minutes per area. Use shorter sessions first, then increase gradually.
How often can I use it?
For most people, 2 to 4 times per week is enough. Athletes may use it more frequently with shorter sessions.
Can I use it on the neck, back, and legs?
Yes, it is commonly used on back, shoulders, thighs, and calves. Avoid the front of the neck and very sensitive areas.
